Sarah Rosenburg began a weekly practice of yoga at a local gym for a year to balance out her active running and weight training lifestyle before joining her local yoga community in 2015. The next year she started her 303 hour Fire Fly Teacher Training as well as trainings with Young Yogi Program to teach kids yoga. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Child Parent Psychotherapist specializing in trauma, trained in Nurturing Parenting Program and Trauma Sensitive Yoga, she has taught classes in and out of the studio environment to help make yoga accessible to anyone who needs it.
Sarah is passionate about teaching the basics of yoga both on the mat and throughout daily life. Her teaching style is strongly rooted in Ashtanga, focusing on breath in alignment. She believes strongly that everyone, regardless of age and life experiences, can benefit from learning and applying yogic principles. Personally, yoga has helped Sarah learn to breathe and ground both on and off the mat and balance a career and self care.
