Schedule of Classes and Special Events

We have different styles and levels of classes so there is something for everyone. If you are brand-spanking new to yoga - WELCOME! We recommend taking the Yoga for the RAW Beginner Workshop Series for an introduction to the physical yoga practice.

If you are relatively new to yoga, we recommend starting with Beginner and Basis Classes, then moving to Beginner/Intermediate and progressing to Intermediate and Intermediate/Advanced classes as you feel ready. The Slow & Gentle Flow, Qi Gong, Yin Yoga, and Restorative & Therapeutic Yoga classes are geared to every-one and every-body!
